Accounts
Account features enabled: No. The app does not require an Aster account. Apple may use your Apple Account to process and manage App Store subscriptions.
Purchases And Subscriptions
Purchases or subscriptions enabled: Yes. When available, purchases are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider, and cancellations or refunds are subject to their rules unless otherwise required by law.
User Content
The app does not provide a feature for uploading or publishing user content.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attack the service.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, usage limits, or platform rules.
Additional Product Terms
- The iOS app offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Apple processes payment; subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in the user's App Store account settings.
- The service does not guarantee access to any specific third-party website, streaming service, country, speed, or uninterrupted connection.
Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect users.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClashX VPN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenue.
Termination
