Privacy Policy
ClashX VPN provides a simple VPN connection for your iPhone. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app and the VPN service use, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.
Information We Collect
- App and device information: Firebase Analytics may receive an app instance identifier, device model, operating system, app version, language, and similar technical information.
- Product interaction: We send events such as opening the app, tapping Connect, connection success or failure, selected region, trial start or end, viewing plans, and starting or completing a purchase. These events are used to understand reliability and improve the product.
- Subscription status: Apple provides product, transaction, entitlement, and expiration information needed to unlock or restore a subscription. Apple processes payment details; ClashX VPN does not receive your full payment card information.
- VPN connection data: When you connect, network addresses and data packets pass through the selected VPN endpoint so the service can provide the connection. The analytics events above do not include browsing content, destination URLs, DNS queries, or packet payloads.
- On-device settings: The selected region, subscription state, and one-time trial state are stored on your iPhone. The trial protection marker is kept in the iOS Keychain and is not sent to us.
We do not require an Aster account, and the app does not provide a feature for uploading or syncing user content. We collect information only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve ClashX VPN.
How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the service.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
- Respond to support, privacy, or legal requests.
- Improve features, performance, and user experience.
- Process purchases or subscriptions when applicable.
Third-Party Services
ClashX VPN does not display advertising and does not use advertising or attribution SDKs. The current app uses the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store and StoreKit: app distribution and subscription purchase, renewal, and restoration.
- Firebase Analytics by Google: product-use and reliability measurement using the app and device information described above. We do not enable IDFA-based tracking or sell analytics data.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Analytics events and the related technical information are sent to Google as a service provider for measurement. Subscription and payment information is handled by Apple. We may disclose information to legal authorities when required by law, or as part of a business transfer, only as permitted by applicable law.
Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Firebase Analytics retention follows the settings of the ClashX VPN Firebase project. On-device settings remain until you remove them or delete the app; Keychain data may persist after deletion to prevent repeated trial claims.
Your Choices And Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance by contacting us. Some rights depend on your location and applicable law.
Children
ClashX VPN is not directed to children under 13 unless explicitly stated in the service. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
International Users
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We use reasonable safeguards where required by applicable law.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.

我们收集的信息
- App 和设备信息：Firebase Analytics 可能接收 App 实例标识符、设备型号、操作系统、App 版本、语言和类似技术信息。

我们不要求创建 Aster 账号，App 也不提供上传或同步用户内容的功能。我们仅在提供、维护、保护和改进 ClashX VPN 所需范围内使用信息。

第三方服务
ClashX VPN 不展示广告，也不使用广告或归因 SDK。当前 App 使用以下第三方服务：
- Apple App Store 和 StoreKit：用于 App 分发，以及订阅购买、续订和恢复。
- Google Firebase Analytics：使用上述 App 和设备信息衡量产品使用情况与稳定性。我们不启用基于 IDFA 的跟踪，也不会出售分析数据。
数据共享
我们不会出售个人信息。分析事件及相关技术信息会发送给作为服务商的 Google，用于产品分析；订阅和付款信息由 Apple 处理。我们可能在法律要求时向依法有权的机构披露信息，或在业务转让中披露必要信息，且仅限适用法律允许的范围。
数据保留
我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所需期间保留信息。Firebase Analytics 的保留期限遵循 ClashX VPN Firebase 项目的设置。设备上的设置会保留到你清除设置或删除 App；为防止重复领取体验，钥匙串数据可能在删除 App 后继续保留。
